1 ) Agreement

In our studio we respect the artist's style, as such we may not be able to fully meet your request and ask for your understanding in this

We are unable to provide the tattooing service in the following cases:

-Over scar tissue less than a year old.

-Over skin which has been tattooed in the past 6 weeks.

-If the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

-If the client is 18 years or younger

-If the client is pregnant.

We advise against getting a tattoo in the following cases, please note that we cannot be held responsible in case you have any of the following conditions and decide to get a tattoo:

-Diabetes (suikerziekte)

-Hemophilia (Hemofilie)

-Any chronic skin disease (Chronische huidaandoeninge)

-Immune disorders (Afweer stoornisen)

- Cardiovascular diseases (Hart en ritme stoornissen) 

- Allergy to tattoo material or ink.

- If you have any of the above conditions, or if you are taking anticoagulants (Bloedverdunners) or antibiotics (antibiotic), please consult your physician.

2 ) Consultation

• Please schedule an appointment for a consultation beforehand, this can be done by email.

• Consultations are free of charge, however, we will ask you for a deposit. If you do not pay a deposit after your consultation we will not make a reservation for the tattooing session or design check.

• During the consultation you can discuss the design, location and size of the tattoo with the artist. You will also be given an estimate for the tattoo.

Please bring a valid ID during the consultation.


3 ) Deposit

When making an appointment for the tattooing session, we will ask you to pay a deposit. The deposit will be held until the final appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your final appointment.

4 ) Cancellation

• If you cancel your appointment we will confiscate your deposit. This is non-refundable at any circumstances.

If you reschedule your appointment less than 7 days in advance, it will be treated as a cancellation. As such please be sure to reschedule more than 7 days in advance.

• If you arrive late for your appointment without prior notice, this will also be treated as a cancellation and we will confiscate your deposit.

• If your skin is in an unfit condition for tattooing during the session, it will be treated as a cancellation. Please make sure the skin you want to get a tattoo on is not tanned or sunburnt as this damages the skin.

5 ) Reschedule

• If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, it will be treated as a cancellation and we will confiscate your deposit as a cancellation fee. As such please make sure to reschedule more than 7 days before the appointment.

6 ) Design check

• We only do design checks in person, as such you will always have to come to the shop.

• During the design check you can check the design with the artist and finalize the size and location of the tattoo.

• During the design check changes can be made to the design. However, if the changes in such a way different from the original design, the tattoo artist will need to reschedule the appointment and the estimate might change as well.

• The design is the property of the artist, and as such we do not allow clients to take pictures of the design during the design check and do not allow for pictures of the design to be shared to the internet or other parties until the tattooing has begun.


7 ) Tattooing

• Ink and needles will be prepared after you arrive at the studio. As such, there will be a delay in the start of the tattooing if you arrive late for your appointment.

• If you are late for your appointment please contact us before the start of your appointment.

• Tattooing can be painful and may cause reactions such as swelling and bleeding.

• On the day of the appointment please wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty and/or bring a change of clothes.

• Getting a tattoo costs energy, as such please bring a snack or something to drink with you for consumption during breaks. (We recommend Banana’s, a sandwich or chocolate).

• Please allow time in your schedule before and after the tattooing appointment as the session may run longer.

• Please look after your skin, if at the session the tattoo artists deem the skin unfit for tattooing your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be confiscated. Please make sure not to get a suntan as this will damage the skin.

Aftercare is important, please follow the instructions in the aftercare form we will hand you after the first appointment. It is important to follow these instructions even if the tattoo has not yet been completed, in a worst-case the tattoo might not be able to be finished.
